Cancellation Policy
Please allow 6 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge.

Service Charge and Tax
A 15% service charge and tax will be added to your final bill for each service.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables in your safe in your room during your visit. For protection of your clothing we ask that you come to the spa in your Kaftan.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

* Flore de vita (Flower of Life) pool located in front of the floatarium building. The flower of life symbol is incorporated into the design of the pool and is considered sacred among many cultures around the world, both ancient and modern. Within this symbol can be found all the building blocks of the universe and the symbol is often used as a metaphor for the connectedness of all life and spirit within the universe.
* Wellness centre located in the adjacent Aquarius area of the resort offers cardio machines as well as free-weights, and spinning classes. A personal trainer is available for appointments.
